Care and talent united like never before — thanks to Medigo’s new website

Project
Medigo, a medical staffing agency that connects healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent assignments, approached us with a clear need: a new website that aligns with their current brand and target audience. The existing online presence no longer sufficed — it neither matched their professional ambition nor the young target group of medical students.

Challenge
The biggest challenge lay in finding the right balance. Medigo serves two different target groups: young medical students on one hand, and healthcare institutions on the other. How do you create a digital experience that appeals to both parties, instills trust, and makes a professional impression? Moreover, the renewed identity had to not only convince externally but also be embraced internally.

Solution
In a Think session, we mapped out their mission, vision, and growth path together. Based on these strategic insights, we developed a new brand identity in which visual style, tone of voice, and structure come together perfectly. By sharply mapping out the needs and interweaving strategy and creation from the start, we succeeded in developing an identity that is recognizable, future-proof, and confidently represented — by the entire team. The website now functions not only as an online business card but as a complete platform that supports students in job applications and administration, and helps healthcare institutions find the right match.

Impact
The result is a contemporary, professional, and user-friendly website that perfectly aligns with Medigo’s mission: connecting care and talent. The new brand identity is translated into every detail – from imagery to navigation, from content to form. The website offers a clear structure, addresses both target groups specifically, and forms a logical extension of the brand. The reactions are very positive — both internally and externally. Medigo experiences a stronger positioning, more recognition in the market, and greater team involvement.

“We show who we are, what we stand for, and how we strengthen the match between care and talent.”
