And with that, be critical of yourself to find that the look of your business no longer fits seamlessly with your organization. They also came to that conclusion at IT services provider Ctac. Started in 1992 and grown into an organization with 300 clients and over 500 employees. This established name was ready to anticipate.

Challenge

Ctac’s professionals had been far too modest for too long. Unworthy even for a listed company (Euronext). The ‘s Hertogenbosch-based IT service provider needed to step out of the lull. Not only to better stand out from the rest towards existing and new clients but certainly also in the HR area towards new IT talent.
