Alliance Automotive Group Benelux, a prominent player in the automotive aftermarket, is taking a major step forward with the redevelopment of their PARTS360 online ordering platform. This innovation focuses on improving the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to ensure more efficient and intuitive interaction with the platform for wholesalers and garages.
Challenge
The current PARTS360 platform functions well, but requires a complete rethink of the user experience and interface. The goal is to help users find the right product faster, reduce the number of returns, and speed up access to essential data. This ambitious transformation involves close collaboration between WADM and the international SAP developer of PARTS360, with a focus on seamless integration into the existing SAP system and following best online practices.
Solution
WADM worked intensively with Alliance Automotive Group and their software developers to completely overhaul the UX and UI of the PARTS360 platform. This process included the redesign of nearly fifty interactive screens, taking into account the technical capabilities and limitations of SAP. New functionalities such as smart search modules, advanced product views with faceted navigation, and customized screens for specific product categories were developed, all aimed at improving the efficiency and usability of the platform.
